John 1:1 states, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." Furthermore, Jesus Himself said, "I and the Father are one" (John 10:30).
Therefore, the biblical witness is clear. Jesus is not a created being. He is the eternal Son of God, co-equal with the Father. As Colossians 2:9 says, "For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form." We must hold fast to this truth.
Is Jesus coming back JW?
Jehovah’s Witnesses teach that Jesus’ return is an invisible presence. They believe He returned invisibly in 1914. However, the Bible describes His return as a visible, glorious event. Acts 1:11 states, "This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven." Furthermore, Revelation 1:7 says, "Look, he is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him."
Therefore, Jesus’ return will not be a secret. It will be a public, undeniable event. We are to watch and be ready for His coming. As Jesus said in Matthew 24:30, "All the peoples of the earth will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven." This is the blessed hope of every believer.
