Adding “Sananda” to Jesus’ name changes who He is. It shifts the focus from the biblical Christ to a New Age figure. As believers, we must hold fast to the Jesus revealed in Scripture. He is the eternal Son of God, born of a virgin, crucified for our sins, and risen from the dead. There is no other Jesus. His name alone is above every name (Philippians 2:9-10).
The Bible speaks of one sin that will not be forgiven: blasphemy against the Holy Spirit (Matthew 12:31-32). Jesus said, “Every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven.” This sin is not a single careless word or momentary doubt. Rather, it is a deliberate, persistent, and willful rejection of the Holy Spirit’s work. It is attributing the clear work of God to Satan. Furthermore, it is a hardened refusal to repent and accept God’s grace. However, if you are reading this and feeling concern, that is actually a sign the Holy Spirit is still working in your heart. Those who have truly committed this sin are typically hardened and unrepentant. They feel no conviction. God’s mercy is boundless through Jesus Christ. “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness” (1 John 1:9). No sin is too great for the blood of Jesus to cover. Therefore, do not let fear keep you from Him. Come to Jesus today, and you will find forgiveness and peace.
The Bible does not specifically teach that 3 AM holds any unique spiritual significance. However, Scripture does reference the night watch and the third hour in various contexts. For example, Psalm 119:62 says, “At midnight I will rise to give thanks to You.” Additionally, in Exodus 11:4, God spoke to Moses at midnight about the final plague. Some believers associate the early morning hours with spiritual warfare or temptation. This is because the night can be a time of vulnerability, fear, and spiritual attack. However, the Bible assures us that “He who keeps you will not slumber” (Psalm 121:3). God never sleeps. He is with us in every dark hour. Furthermore, Jesus Himself prayed in the garden during the night before His crucifixion (Luke 22:42-44). He understands our struggles. If you find yourself awake at 3 AM, use that time to pray and seek God’s presence. “Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you” (1 Peter 5:7). In addition, remember that Jesus is our peace. He calms every storm and drives away every fear.
